# Blocked Commands

Why some commands don't exist for you.

Androlia filters which commands players can see and run. This happens on two levels, and it's deliberate.

## Auto-completion is filtered

Press <kbd>Tab</kbd> in chat and you'll only see the commands you're actually allowed to use. Everything else is hidden — not because it's broken, but because showing you a list of commands you can't run is just noise.

If a command you expected doesn't appear, it's reserved for a rank you don't have.

## Blocked commands are refused

Trying to run a command that isn't available to you gets a clear answer rather than a confusing error:

> **Proxy »** You do not have permission to execute this command.

Nothing happens, and nothing is broken.

## This is normal

Seeing fewer commands than a friend with a higher rank is expected behaviour. It isn't a bug, and it isn't something support can "fix" — it's how ranks work.

If you believe you should have access to something that's being refused — for example a perk that came with a rank you just bought — open a ticket on the [Discord](https://discord.gg/THusEsK3Xn) and the staff will check your permissions.
